Gold Rush Makes Good on Promise to ‘Pay Your Holiday’
It all started with a simple question: What would you do with $25,000?
Our 2020 Pay Your Holiday Giveaway gave one lucky winner a chance to answer that question, and also awarded nine other winners with a combined total of more than $37,000! We set out to pay off the holiday bills of some of our gamers, and we did just that for our ten lucky winners.
The Pay Your Holiday Giveaway ran from Jan. 6-31, with one winner selected from each of the more than 230 participating locations receiving $100 cash and entry into our Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize Drawing was held Feb. 7 and broadcast live on the Gold Rush Gaming Facebook page.
In addition to the prizes awarded to the winners at each location and those selected during the Grand Prize Drawing, we also gave away two $100 Visa gift cards on our Facebook page, with one going to the best response to the question we were asking throughout the promotion: What would you do with $25,000?
