Slot Machine Technician - Hoffman Estates, IL.
SUMMARY
Maintain all Slot Department equipment at peak operational readiness and to provide superior service to all external customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle machine-related customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Maintain slots and electronic/electro-mechanical components, sub-systems, and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair slots and other equipment/systems to minimize downtime and maximizethe profitability of the gaming operation.
- Interpret communications system information as related to proper machine functionality.
- Perform assigned tasks in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Minimum of 1-year experience or equivalent combination of education and in-house training. Illinois Gaming Board License a plus. Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools and electrical/electronic test equipment.
Age Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and a current auto insurance.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret simple graphs. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
REASONING ABILITY

Call Center Representative - Hoffman Estates, IL.
CALL CENTER – DISPATCHER
As a Dispatcher, your main tasks will include: taking incoming calls from our field service associates and customer locations, routing, coordinating and monitoring repair and service requests, and maintaining contact with our customers.
SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Dispatch Supervisor, acts as liaison between establishments and the service and collections departments and effectively dispatches service calls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Operates communication equipment efficiently to properly communicate to drivers the Gold Rush locations in need of service.
- Answers multi-line telephone and maintains a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers.
- Inputs data into the dispatch report in accordance with procedures.
- Communicates effectively with management regarding service issues and break downs.
HOURS
The shift hours available are as follows:
*Shift 1 – Part Time
Saturday – 6 am – 3 pm
Sunday – 6 am – 3 pm

Friday – 4 pm – 11 pm

EDUCATION

Loyalty Marketing Coordinator - Hoffman Estates, IL.
LOYALTY MARKETING COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help provide general support in all aspects of Player Rewards program
- Assist in the execution of promotions run through the player rewards kiosk
- Includes monthly promotions (cash giveaways, TV giveaways etc.)
- Will assist in creating prize matrices for promos
- Will be responsible for creating promotion in the Player Rewards system
- Will help create/order collateral for promotions
- Monitor Player Rewards system reports for any abnormalities
- Multiple accounts w/same name, very frequent checking in/out etc.
- Track prize redemptions
- Assist in pulling prize reports to determine cost sharing with locations
- Help coordinate with tech team for any system updates/improvements
- Make recommendations for ways to improve program
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Marketing Coordinators to make sure locations are up to date and informed on the Player Rewards program
- Assist in training both Gold Rush team members as well as location employees
- Must have firm knowledge of entire Player Rewards system as well as related policies and procedures
- Visit locations as ambassador for Player Rewards Program
- Help visitors get signed up, promote program etc.
- Assist in determining/implementing prizes for redemption
- Help coordinate designs for buttons on the kiosk screen
- Assist in deciding what prizes to make available and keeping prize selection fresh and updated
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications field required.
- Must possess excellent customer service, problem solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multitasking fast paced format.
- Some marketing or special events experience and basic understanding of finance and drivers of performance.
- Computer literate with software systems to include Windows, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, and Power Point.
- Comfortable viewing and analyzing data.
- Experience with digital systems/web reporting software preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses/ certifications per Federal, State and Gaming Regulations.
- Knowledge of community and surrounding areas a plus.
- Extremely organized and diplomatic with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work well as a team and independently.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position.
- Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends are necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
