- ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be legal US residents at least 21 years or older as of the entry date. Employees (and their immediate household or family members) of the Sponsors are not eligible to enter or play. Void where prohibited. Entrants must like the Gold Rush Gaming official Facebook page.
- HOW TO ENTER
FACEBOOK:
Facebook user must share and like the original post that will be posted on Friday, May 01, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. CST on the Gold Rush Gaming Official Facebook Page between Friday, May 10, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. CST and Friday, May 17, 2019 at approximately 11:59 a.m. CST.
- WINNERS & NOTIFICATION
Two winners who like and share the original post will be selected on Friday, May 17, 2019 at approximately 12:00 p.m. CST. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be randomly selected using an online generator. Winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If a winner (i) has not responded to Sponsor’s Facebook Message within seven (7) days; (ii) does not fulfill the eligibility requirements; (iii) does not adhere to these official rules; and/or (iv) does provide the required identification to Sponsor, the winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining entries.
- PRIZES
The winners selected will receive one (1) $50 Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Card. All federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. Each winner must provide Gold Rush Gaming their address and birth date to verify their age and claim the prize and winner is responsible for any costs associated with the prize.
- OTHER CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Gold Rush, their affiliates, successors, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from any and all claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participating in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the sponsors to use their name, likeness, photograph and/or any statement provided by winner, and any information provided on the entry form without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
